This project involved a full-depth reclamation of 1.25 miles of Tournament Players Parkway in Blaine, Minnesota.
With the 2019 PGA Tour right around the corner, this project was on a tight schedule, requiring completion before the 3M Open. Sambatek completed plans and specifications in three weeks and oversaw construction inspection for the fast-tracked four-week construction project. This project included 30,420 square yards of full depth reclaim, 7,500 tons of pavement, 5,000 linear feet of curb and gutter improvements, 25 Americans with Disabilities (ADA) pedestrian ramps, signage, and striping.
The project finished under budget and within the critical time frame for the highly anticipated 3M Open.
