American Land Title Association (ALTA) surveys are a staple of the professional surveying community and are critical to protecting landowner rights. ALTA surveys also play an important role in commercial real estate transactions. Sambatek has provided ALTA surveys on highly valued commercial properties in some of our nation’s largest cities. Sambatek has also completed ALTA surveys that span multiple counties.
ALTA standards apply to commercial properties across the United States. These standards must be followed for title insurance to be approved. While following these standards, Sambatek’s survey team uses technology and unique qualifications to provide our clients with the highest value. Our survey crews use a variety of high-technology tools to deliver the highest level of accuracy and quality, including robotic total stations, GPS, and terrestrial scanning. We are licensed throughout the country and have certified federal surveyors (CFedS) on staff.
