Work on the “People’s Stadium,” the $975 million multipurpose stadium that will replace the Metrodome, has been moving full steam ahead since early this year. The stadium, which will be the new home of the Minnesota Vikings, is currently in the design phase. Construction is expected to begin later this year.
MFRA, as a member of a design team comprised of other local small businesses, is responsible for designing the grading of the site. “It’s really exciting to be a part of such a landmark project,” says Sirish Samba, MFRA’s CEO and president. “It means a lot to us to be involved in something that will be so meaningful to so many Minnesotans.”
