Sambatek worked with our client, RJ Ryan, at The Zachary Distribution Center. The facility in Maple Grove, MN, is a testament to Sambatek's expertise in delivering comprehensive construction and engineering services. The Zachary Distribution Center, spanning an impressive 172,224 square feet, was completed in May 2022. This facility showcases Sambatek's diverse service offerings, including construction layout, stormwater pollution prevention plan inspection services, civil engineering, and landscape architecture. Our team's attention to detail and commitment to excellence played a pivotal role in the project's success. This distribution center has already significantly impacted the industry, serving clients such as Border States and MTL. With its completion and stabilization in January 2023, the Zachary Distribution Center now stands as a symbol of Sambatek's dedication to delivering high-quality, sustainable, and efficient solutions in construction and engineering.
