University of St. John Vianney College Seminary

University of Saint John Vianney College Seminary Chapel addition was completed in April of 2023. The new building is an addition to the existing building which was constructed in 1982. The project included demolition of an existing one-story portion of the existing building, replacing it with a larger footprint, 2-story addition. Sitework included reconstruction of the existing parking lot, sidewalk connections to the surrounding university and public sidewalks, and landscape architecture design around the new building addition and site improvements.
