The Parkway Station Transit Facility is located east of I-94 along Maple Grove Parkway. Phase one of the project, completed in 2010, consisted of the construction of a transit station, a 490-stall parking lot, a busway, and two driveways.
Sambatek completed the design for the site grading, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), utilities, stormwater drainage system, signage plan, pavement section analysis, and construction administration services.
