The site was a contaminated, former paint manufacturing facility that was cleaned of contaminated soils and redeveloped into a beautiful facility for LifeSource’s administrative and medical staff. LifeSource is a nonprofit organization that saves lives through organ, eye, and tissue donation in the Upper Midwest. They serve the 7 million people who live in communities across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and portions of western Wisconsin.
