Graco, Inc.

Sambatek’s land development, environmental, planning, and survey teams worked together on a Graco Inc. project in Dayton and Rogers, MN. The French Lake Industrial Center project completed its first building in 2022 and includes 398,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, 70,000 sq. ft. of office space, and 70,000 sq. ft. of lab space.

With multiple divisions working on this project, we provided a multidisciplinary approach, resulting in a tremendous first phase of the project. We look forward to this continued result as we complete The French Lake Industrial Center.

Graco Inc., a leading manufacturer of fluid handling equipment, is headquartered in Minneapolis and operates facilities in Anoka and Rogers, Minnesota, and around the world. They constructed a new facility in Dayton, Minnesota, on approximately 100 acres of undeveloped land only a few miles from Graco’s two buildings in Rogers.

The expansion to the French Lake Industrial Center is the latest of similar moves over the last two decades by Graco, which makes industrial pumps and sprayers used by car manufacturers and construction contractors, plus makers of tomato paste, peanut butter, and other foods. In 2019, Graco doubled the size of its Rogers operations, creating the largest construction project in that city's history.

Building II is a 529,000-square-foot facility with a steel/precast structure, curtainwall, storefront, and metal panel exterior. It also has 60 loading docks, a 30,000-square-foot office area build-out, utility infrastructure, and structural components for an automation retrieval system.

The Dayton French Lake Building holds the office and manufacturing for Graco's Process Transfer Equipment division and High-Performance Coatings and Foam business.
