However, the Graco Distribution Center and 53 other projects showcased remarkable resilience and innovation, earning them a place among the Finance & Commerce Top Projects. An independent panel of judges evaluated each project based on criteria such as degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors and management, and sustainability efforts.
