Steeple Hill

Sambatek worked with D.R. Horton to provide site planning, engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, and construction services for 37 residential single family lots in the City of Plymouth.  The project included innovative stormwater treatment practices to meet Elm Creek Watershed District’s extended detention volume requirements as part of this project, right-turn and bypass lanes were constructed on Hennepin County Road 47. Additionally, the project required the water main to be directionally bored from offsite and the sanitary sewer extended from the City of Maple Grove.
