Sambatek is leading this scoping study and preliminary design of West 7th (TH 5) from downtown Saint Paul near the Mississippi River. Currently underway, the project team is engaging the public, developing full subsurface utility engineering base files, finalizing a traffic study, and developing alternatives to address project needs. This project will have extensive sidewalk impacts, requiring Sambatek and a sub-consultant to provide ADA-compliant sidewalk designs throughout the corridor – considering the needs of residents, businesses, transit agencies, and more.
